Services and Location

Clinical specialties include eating disorders, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, sexuality and life transitions.

I am a well-trained and disciplined therapist, employing a range of theoretical perspectives in order to be most useful to my clients. For the past decade, I have experience working with college students, young adults, artists and non-traditional families, people in life transitions, as well as couples and individuals coping with issues of wealth. I help people develop awareness and uncover behavioral patterns and self-defeating ways of facing challenges that keep them from achieving their goals. I also help those who are in a specific crisis or have general depression and relationship issues figure out a way to gain happiness and satisfying relationships. I work collaboratively with psychopharmacologists when medications are indicated. I have a strong conviction that therapy can help people lead the happy and fulfilling lives they dream of having. My experience working with fears of intimacy, creative and professional inhibition, anxiety and depression has taught me that these issues and others can be overcome.
